You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the freeware version of Dikeytus. You may not distribute Dikeytus in any form without express written permission of Michael Lueftenegger. Dikeytus is not supported under any standard support program or service.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer Dikeytus or any its part, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

PROPERTY:
This software, including its code, documentation, structure and organization is an exclusive product of Michael Lueftenegger, that retains the property rights to the software, its copies, modifications, or merged parts. All rights not expressly granted here also are reserved by Michael Lueftenegger.
